"When we needed two pendant lights replaced I put a request on our local Facebook page for a qualified electrician. Had about eight recommendations. Five ignored me and the other three were not very professional. I then had contact with Specialist Electrical Solutions.
Totally different from the other eight I tried to deal with. My request was acknowledged within minutes. I sent two photos of the lamps I needed changing and had a price given by return. A date was booked for two days ahead and a time given. The electrician arrived right on time. I'm sure we all think that they will find sometime unexpected and cost more then the original quote. Not so.
The guy started work straight away and was very polite and courteous. The lamps were installed to our satisfaction and look great. I'm sure we've all had various tradesmen at our houses who love to chat, but usually stop work to talk. Not this guy he worked and chatted at the same time. :-) Most unusual :-)
I can't recall his name, but he's a credit to SES.
I would not hesitate in recommending SES highly. They do as they say, no false promises or crazy prices."

"I called them because our house kept tripping out and we couldn’t find the cause. They asked me to send a photo of the RCD box and then called me back with advice on how to troubleshoot the problem to see if we could resolve the multiple problems ourselves and so avoid a weekend callout. By pure chance the problem was spotted at the bottom of the garden when we found that the greenhouse had burned down and melted the cables! The fire went out in cold and after isolating the cable everything returned to normal in house. Greatly relieved and pleased to have received the professional advice. Thank you"

We just had Specialist Electrical complete their third job with us - to wire in and electrify our summer house. Really high quality of work, nice attention to detail and very conscious about working in a clean environment. Previous jobs were interior LED light installation and garden wiring. I don't give 5-stars lightly but they really are professional, safe, efficient and honest. Before the work begins, the Director produces a PDF with photos outlining the project so there is no risk of misunderstanding or confusion. Billing is clear and labour is itemised to the work items.They treat our house with respect - what more could you want?
