What is emergency lighting?
Emergency lighting is a range of backup lights that will operate in the
event of a power failure. You can tell which lights are emergency lighting
as they will have a small green LED to indicate they are emergency. The use of emergency lighting is a mandatory requirement in commercial and residential buildings.

Emergency lighting allows residents/ the general public to navigate out of the building during the event of an emergency.
